Jerome A. Lemire grew up in Ashtabula County, Ohio; and graduated from Pymatuning Valley High School in 1965. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the Ohio State University in 1969. He served in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant and Platoon Leader in the Vietnam War. He also obtained a Masters of Science Degree in Geology (1972), and a Law Degree (1976) from the Ohio State University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1976 and has practiced law in Ohio since his admission to the Bar. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a member and past President of the Ashtabula County Bar Association. He currently practices Bankruptcy Law and Oil and Gas Law. He also manages an oil and gas producing company operating in Northeast Ohio. He has over 40 years of experience.

Cory Funk is a native of Northeast, Ohio. Mr. Funk grew up in North Kingsville, Ohio, graduated from Edgewood Senior High School in 2006. Mr. Funk earned his B.A. in political science and history from Ashland University and graduated from Thomas Cooley School of Law in 2013. After earning his law degree, Mr. Funk became licensed in the State of Ohio and both the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts in Ohio. Mr. Funk practices in several areas of law, including bankruptcy, real estate, probate, civil litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Funk has successfully litigated numerous cases and enjoys the courtroom. Mr. Funk is committed to providing high quality legal services to the residents of Northeast, Ohio. When Mr. Funk is not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors or spending time with his family.

Sandra M. Lemire received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry (1970) and a Masters of Science Degree in Library Science (1973) from Case Western Reserve University. She received a Certificate for Legal Assistant from Capital University Law School in 1978. She has worked in the legal field as a paralegal and office manager for over 30 years.

Jackie Lytle, a legal assistant/office manager possessing a B.A. Degree in Business from John Carroll University (2004). Jackie started working at Lemire & Associates after college and has over 15 years of experience in legal issues. Jackie and her husband Adam reside in Conneaut, Ohio with their two children.

Paula Brady is a legal assistant/paralegal specializing in bankruptcy with Lemire & Associates since 2005. Paula has over 35 years of experience in bankruptcy law which began in 1983 working with Attorney William Kobelak. Paula is married, has two adult children and resides in North Kingsville, Ohio.
